Crystal Kitchens is a company designed and dedicated to the cleaning of kitchen extraction systems
in industrial - sized or restaurant kitchens. They specialise in cleaning extractor fans, canopies, canopy filters etc.

The owners of Crystal Kitchens came to me with their existing logo. This was of a cartoon-like blue octopus wearing a peak cap, holding various cleaning tools in it's tentacles. They wanted a logo redesign. The desire was to retain the original charm of the original octopus 'mascot', yet to give him a more trendy and sleek persona.
This more 'refined' character would give the company a more professional and modern look and feel.

FINAL LOGO
They asked me to design a logo for their sister company,
using the same character, except with a ‘steam-punk’
persona. The second character took more revising as the
steampunk theme didn’t work as was imagined,
and simpler seemed better. This character holds tools relevant to the services offered in DMK Installations.
